Staten Island , United States

Visit Staten Island

Staten Island is the most suburban of the five boroughs of New York City. Although still predominantly residential in nature, the borough has changed significantly since the opening of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge in 1964. It is the closest borough to New Jersey's Newark International Airport. You may want to consider staying in a hotel on Staten Island due to its proximity to Newark Airport, lower taxi fares and shorter travel times as opposed to Manhattan.
